Fee Schedule for Apartment Style Living  

For applicants not interested in residing in our independent living cottages, the Masonic Home offers several apartment-style options, designed to meet the care needs of our residents. These one and two room arrangements all include daily meals, housekeeping and maintenance, as well as other services.

These units offer an attractive and active lifestyle for residents who wish to enjoy the benefits of increased services at very reasonable costs.

Each applicant to our community will be asked to provide both current and historical (five years) financial information so that the Home can be assured of the applicant’s ability to pay for services.  In some cases, an escrow of prepaid fees might be required, but this is usually not necessary.  For applicants who may face financial difficulties in paying our fees, the Cornerstone Program is available to provide financial assistance.

ENTRANCE FEE

The entrance fee is refundable, on a prorated basis for the first six months following admission.

·        Married couple - $15,000 

·        Single - $13,500

MONTHLY FEES

In addition to the Entrance Fee, the following monthly fees apply:

·        Independent Living in Adult Home -- $2,625 per person, per month

·        Assisted Living -- $4,505 per person, per month

·        Care Center and Richard E. Brown Center -- $6,775 per person, per month

WHAT YOU GET

The following services are but an example of what is provided to all residents of our Home by a dedicated, caring professional staff:

·        Housekeeping services twice weekly, including a change of bath linens

·        Weekly change of bed linens

·        Routine maintenance of room

·        Three nutritious meals per day served in the general dining room

·        Personal laundry services of clothing for those residents unable to launder their own clothing

·        Daily group and individual activities

·        Access to regularly scheduled transportation to shopping centers

·        Routine minor assistance of nursing staff

·        As requested, issuance of resident’s medication  

·        As requested, coordination and assistance in selecting physician services

·        Transportation to local medical appointments

·        The peace of mind from living in a gated community

Further details of these summarized services are available upon request.  These services are made available to all residents.  However, we recognize that each member of our community has individual needs.
